Caregiver / Home Health Aide — Williamsport, PA
Starting Pay: $11–$13 per hour

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers in Williamsport. Help clients feel comfortable, supported, and independent in their own homes while building meaningful relationships through one-on-one care.
What You’ll Do
Follow each client’s care plan and assist with:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
- Mobility and transfers within your training and assigned duties.
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Companionship and medication reminders.
- Reporting changes or concerns to the office.
- Documenting completed care tasks and clocking in and out through our electronic visit verification system.
What You’ll Need
- Completed FBI fingerprinting and the resulting FBI background clearance for review before beginning this assignment. An appointment confirmation or fingerprinting receipt alone does not meet this opening’s requirement.
- Compassion, patience, dependability, and clear communication.
- Reliable transportation to assigned visits.
- The ability to perform assigned care duties safely.
- Completion of required onboarding documents, training, competency testing, and other applicable clearances.
Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. We provide onboarding guidance and training materials to help you get started.
Pay, Scheduling, and Benefits
- Starting pay of $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer.
- Biweekly pay.
