We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients in Sayre, PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients.
This is an urgent hiring need for immediate client openings.
Caregivers must be willing to accept available client assignments as they become open in order to qualify for a pay rate of $15–$17 per hour.

Responsibilities
Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.

- Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
- Incontinence care and mobility support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Errands and transportation
- Medication reminders
- Care documentation
Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
