🎯 Position Overview
This role is critical in helping us stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain regulatory standards.
- Track and monitor caregiver certifications, licenses, and expirations
- Ensure all employee files are complete and compliant
- Follow up with staff regarding missing or expiring documents
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation review
- Maintain compliance trackers and reports (Excel or software systems)
- Communicate with internal team members to resolve compliance issues
- Support onboarding compliance (background checks, credentials, etc.
- Strong attention to detail (very important)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable with follow-ups and holding people accountable
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or compliance (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks
- You love checklists and staying organized
- You notice when things are missing before others do
- You are persistent with follow-ups and don’t let things slip
- You thrive in a structured, detail-focused role
- Hourly: $15-$17 (based on experience)
